Kaiyo Japanese Mizunara Oak is a Japanese whisky matured in rare mizunara oak casks, the Japanese wood that lends the spirit its signature sandalwood and exotic spice character. Bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
The aroma leads with sandalwood and incense, backed by exotic spice and floral notes. The palate follows the same path and closes with a creamy finish.
Traditional distillation is paired with mizunara cask maturation, an approach that shapes the whisky’s distinctive wood-driven profile.
