Les Insouciantes 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Jules & , in the Jura region in . This red wine is made with , , , and grapes, so all the main Jura grapes together in one wine, as a red-white blend.
This wine is made with whole-cluster maceration for 2 weeks, pressing, then 9 months of aging in tank. No added sulphites, as with all their wines
Expect vibrancy & great energy in this no-added sulphite wine, which we find to usually be great as a bistro style smasher, with a mild hint of tannic structure, but honestly a glou glou winner here.
Full of bright forest fruit, vanilla, touches of spice. Scrumptious!!!
