Description
Journeyman Distillery Buggy Whip Wheat is an American whiskey built around wheat as its primary grain, bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
Wheat gives this whiskey a softer, smoother character than a traditional bourbon, while holding onto the complexity and depth expected from careful whiskey production. The result is a craft expression that leans gentle without thinning out.
Expect soft wheat on the nose and palate, honey sweetness, a smooth texture, and a thread of subtle spice through the finish.
