Made from Tobala maguey, this Distiller’s Reserve spends time in wood before bottling at 40% ABV. The reposado aging softens the spirit and builds layers of flavor without covering up what the agave brings to the glass. Smoke and cooked agave lead, backed by wood tones and a mineral edge. Distilled in the California desert, the 750 ml bottling reflects a mezcal approach shaped outside of Mexico.
