Josh Cellars Reserve Paso Robles is a Cabernet Sauvignon from central California’s Paso Robles region, where cool morning fog and intense midday sun produce richly textured, well-balanced wines.
Aromas of red fruits are backed by powerful scents of black peppercorn. The palate is dry and full-bodied, with raspberry, coffee and vanilla alongside hints of toasted oak. Bold tannins lead into a long, smooth finish.
Suggested pairings include a charcuterie board, lamb chops, or chocolate mousse with berry coulis. Bottled at 750 ml, 13.5% ABV.
