Description
Behind JH El Torito Blanco are two names: owner Javier Hernandez and master distiller Ing. Felipe Camarena, who produces the tequila at El Pandillo Distillery (NOM 1579). The build starts with fully mature, sweet Blue Weber agave and deep well water drawn on site, bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format.
The result is a blanco with a balanced flavor profile, a smooth texture and subtle notes that speak to the care taken in its production. It is a straightforward expression of tradition and careful distilling, suited to drinkers who pay attention to how their tequila is made.
