Jefferson’s Reserve Twin Oak is a Kentucky straight bourbon aged 10 years and bottled at 45.1% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. After its initial maturation, the whiskey is finished in bespoke charred barrels coopered with grooved staves. The grooves increase the surface area inside the barrel, giving the bourbon more contact with the charred oak during its finishing period. Tasting notes: vanilla and butterscotch over cinnamon apple tart.
