Jefferson’s Rye Whiskey 88 is a blend of straight rye whiskeys and the newest addition to the Jefferson’s portfolio, built around the house approach to blending. Bottled at 88 proof (44% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle.
The nose opens with rye spice, fig, floral hints and toasted vanilla, carried by a touch of warmth. On the palate, balanced rye and baking spices are joined by hints of cherry and mint for a smooth, complex profile.
The result harmonizes the bold spice of traditional rye with softer notes of fruit, floral and herbal tones.
