Description
Jean-Pierre Robinot farms a handful of old vineyards in the Loire Valley, on a mosaic of clay, limestone, flint and tuffeau. This quiet corner of the Loire is cooler and wilder than its more famous neighbours, producing wines of tension, energy and unmistakable mineral character.
Beneath the vines lies a network of ancient limestone caves where Robinot ages his wines slowly and patiently. Fermentations can stretch on for months, sometimes years, guided only by the rhythm of the cellar.
Fetembulles is a sparkling Pet Nat wine made with grapes.
Fantastic bubbles! Green apple spritz with vanilla essence and sultanas. The acidity really works with the (slight) sweetness wonderfully!
