Description
(this is now exclusively from Les Boirettes as the parcel of Champ Jendreau was transferred to Blain’s son Marc-Antoine). Fresh, bright and pretty aromas offer up notes of citrus confit, petrol and just sliced pear. The round, generous and seductively textured middleweight flavors are not as concentrated or powerful though they do exhibit solid depth and persistence on the balanced finish that isn’t as tightly wound.
