The NV (2017) Extra-Brut Initial is a very pretty, soft wine. Lemon confit, tangerine peel, spice, marzipan and white flowers give this edition of Initial a decidedly tropical, exotic flair. Medium in body and quite appealing, the 2017 is an absolute delight. Best of all, it is quite open in the early going.
