Description
Jack Daniel’s first American single malt: 100% malted barley, charcoal mellowed the Lynchburg way, aged in new charred oak and finished two years in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. 90 proof, 1 liter.
For years this was a travel-retail-only bottle; 2026 is its first national U.S. release. The malt is mashed and distilled at the Jack Daniel Distillery, dripped through sugar-maple charcoal like Old No. 7, then rested a minimum of four years in new, handcrafted charred American white oak before moving into Oloroso sherry casks for a further two. The sherry does the talking: juicy grape, stewed red berries and black cherry on the nose, toffee, roasted nuts, dried fruit and mocha on the palate, with the distillery’s vanilla-and-oak signature underneath and a long coffee-tinged finish. Bottled at 45% ABV in the 1-liter format. Limited annual release.
