Three grape varieties come together in IYLIA Roble: Monastrell, Tempranillo and Merlot, grown in the rocky soils of the sun-drenched Mediterranean coast. The fruit is hand-selected at peak ripeness, giving the blend its structure, depth and polish.
Four months in American oak barrels shape the wine into something full-bodied yet smooth, with bright fruit running alongside a quiet thread of spice. At 14.5% ABV in a 750 ml bottle, it’s a balanced red with a soft texture and understated details that show the care behind the blend.
