Description
Iron Smoke Apple Wood Smoked Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey takes traditional bourbon craftsmanship and runs it through an apple wood smoking process. The result is a small batch whiskey that keeps a classic American profile while moving into more contemporary flavor territory.
The smoke shows up clearly on the nose and palate, with applewood smoke leading into caramel and oak, followed by spice and a lingering sweet smoke. It is a bourbon built for drinkers looking past conventional bottlings toward something with added complexity and character.
Bottled at 750 ml.
