This premium gin is a wonderful example of what some South African distillers are capable of creating with the inspiration of a centuries old drink using the botanicals from their homeland. Not to mention how excellent they are enjoyed “neat” or with a mellow tonic, leaving hints of delicate florals, exotic botanicals and a slight flavor of rooibos.
Delicate aromas reminiscent of elderflower and chamomile, lead to summer blooms, a touch of spice, subtle juniper, waxy lemon rind and alluring liquorice on the palate.
