Time in oak gives Insolito Tequila Reposado a rounded profile without burying the agave underneath it. Bottled at 40% ABV in a 750ml format, it carries light oak, a clear thread of agave sweetness and a hint of citrus through to a smooth finish. The barrel influence stays measured, so the spirit reads as aged rather than woody. That balance between fresh agave character and mature depth makes it workable both on its own and in more considered cocktails.
