Description
Insolente Añejo is an aged tequila bottled at 40% ABV in a 750 ml format. Extended time in oak barrels builds layers of flavor, balancing the natural sweetness of agave with caramel, spice and a measured oak influence.
The aroma and palate carry oak barrel, caramel, cooked agave, vanilla and warming spice. The barrel time gives the tequila depth and a refined, rounded character rather than sharp edges.
This is an añejo built as a sipping tequila, with the complexity that comes from patient aging.
