After resting in barrel, this agave spirit from Ilegal spends additional time in Caribbean casks, a finishing step that broadens its flavor. The 750 ml bottle is presented at 42% ABV. Cooked agave leads, followed by vanilla, tropical fruit and a touch of oak spice, closing smooth. Barrel character and agave sit together here, with the tropical note running quietly underneath — equally at home poured neat or built into a cocktail.
