I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon

I.W. Harper Cabernet Cask Reserve is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon that spends its final stretch in California Cabernet Sauvignon casks. That wine-cask finishing shapes the whiskey’s profile, layering toasted vanilla over black fruit and a run of spice. The cabernet influence carries through to a fruit-forward, velvety finish. Bottled at 90 proof (43% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle, it drinks well neat or over ice. The result is a bourbon with the character of fine cabernet woven into it, giving the pour a nuanced quality from first sip to last.
