Description
Hudson Baby Bourbon is a young bourbon bottled at 46% ABV in a 375 ml half bottle. The term baby bourbon refers to whiskey aged for a shorter period than traditional expressions, which keeps grain and yeast character to the front while wood influence is still emerging.
The aroma and palate lead with grain sweetness, followed by oak, caramel and spice, closing on a robust finish. Bottling at the higher proof concentrates those flavors, giving the whiskey a bold presence whether it is sipped neat or mixed.
