Description
Hornitos Lime Tequila puts lime, tequila and a little salt in one bottle. It began in 2013 as Lime Shot. The base is Hornitos Plata, a 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico.
It pours crystal clear. The nose is fresh green tequila with a hint of lime. On the palate, cool lime and agave balance each other, with a touch of salt. The finish is smooth and slightly dry.
Serve it well chilled as a shot. No salt or lime wedge needed. It also makes a quick margarita base.
Bring it to taco night, a beach day or any party that calls for an easy round.
