Description
Bottled at 750 ml and 64% ABV, Hirsch The Single Barrel White Label is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey built from a mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% barley malt, aged 4 years and 8 months. It suits drinkers deep into bourbon as well as those just starting out, working neat or in classic mixed drinks such as Mules, Highballs, and Long Sours.
The aroma leads with grain, honey, and a light touch of vanilla. Corn and peanut arrive first on the palate, then warming spice and a clear kick of oak. It closes soft and elegant, with citrus peel brightness and fresh cinnamon holding on. Because each barrel is bottled on its own, proof and ABV shift from batch to batch.
