Description
Hirsch The Bivouac Bourbon Whiskey is a blend of two selected whiskeys, bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle. Its name comes from the minimalist shelters used by outdoor explorers and soldiers.
The nose opens with fresh-cut cinnamon and vanilla, with a subtle hint of grass. The palate balances sweetness against baking spices, while dark chocolate and oak add depth. The finish is clean and crisp, closing with a lingering, cinnamon-forward warmth.
Each batch is put together through collaborations with distilleries across the United States, keeping quality and consistency from bottle to bottle.
