Description
Hijas De Oro Tequila Blanco is a clear, unaged tequila from Jalisco, Mexico. Its only base is 100% blue Weber agave. After distillation, it rests in stainless steel tanks for a couple of weeks. Then it goes straight into the bottle.
The nose opens sweet, with agave and a little fruit. On the palate, it feels creamy yet dry, and blue agave stays front and center. The finish is gentle, with hints of oak and earth.
Sip it neat with a wedge of lime, or pour it over ice. It also makes a bright Margarita or Paloma. Try it with tacos, grilled seafood or fresh ceviche.
