Description
High West Cask Collection – Sauvignon Blanc Barrels is a unique, limited-release whiskey that showcases the distillery’s innovative approach to finishing. This expression begins with a blend of straight whiskeys, then is finished in Sauvignon Blanc wine barrels, adding a bright, fruit-forward twist to the classic whiskey profile. The influence of the wine cask brings layers of citrus, tropical fruit, and crisp acidity, creating a refreshing contrast to the whiskey’s natural richness. Bold, creative, and beautifully balanced, this release is a standout for those who appreciate boundary-pushing whiskey craftsmanship.
