Description
Named for the inventor whose still design changed Irish distilling, High N Wicked Aeneas Coffey Irish No. 4 arrives at 50% ABV in a 750 ml bottle. The whiskey leans into pot still character, with peppery spice, a grassy thread running underneath, and orchard fruit sweetness carried by warming alcohol.
It is a working example of what a modern Irish distillery can do when experimentation meets established pot still technique. Rather than smoothing away the distillate’s edges, this release keeps the traits that pot still production brings to the glass.
