Description
(from a .28 ha holding). A notably ripe but agreeably fresh and earthy nose speaks of cassis, violet and plum that is trimmed in discreet but not invisible oak. There is outstanding richness to the impressively concentrated and generously proportion flavors that are shaped by a moderately firm tannic spine that belies just a hint of rusticity on the lingering finish where the only reproach is a nuance of warmth. This is a really good Gevrey villages.
