Description
Hennessy Master Blenders Selection No. 3 is a Cognac bottled at 43% ABV in a 750 ml format. It marks the first creation of Renaud Fillioux de Gironde, the house’s 8th generation Master Blender, and is the third edition in the series. Both the selection process for the eaux-de-vie and the chosen bottling strength shape a blend with a distinct personality described as persistent with a touch of subtleness.
In the glass, the Cognac shows a light amber colour with a golden sheen. The nose is fresh and light, with aromatic tones akin to sweet pastries and a clear note of toasted hazelnuts that marks the blend’s character.
The blend melts in the mouth while holding a long persistence. On the palate, aromas of soft textured pastries come through with a hint of praline, finishing elegant and subtle, smooth from start to finish.
