Description
Crafted by the Kaikyo Distillery in Hyogo Prefecture, Hatozaki Finest Japanese Whisky – Small Batch is a carefully composed vatting of 100% malt whiskies aged in a trio of premium cask types: ex-bourbon, sherry, and rare Japanese Mizunara oak. Honoring over a century of distilling tradition dating back to 1917, the Yonezawa family blends modern craftsmanship with heritage. This small batch release is uncolored and non-chill filtered, preserving its natural integrity and depth. The result is a refined yet approachable whisky that delivers a rich malt character, gentle complexity, and a whisper of smoke.
Hatozaki Small Batch Whisky is a beautifully crafted expression that bridges tradition and innovation. With its soft smoke, layered sweetness, and gentle oak complexity, it is a versatile dram perfect for both everyday sipping and thoughtful contemplation.
