Hard Truth High Road Rye is a small-batch straight rye whiskey produced using the distillery’s sweet mash process. Its mash bill of 55% rye, 36% corn, and 9% malted barley creates an approachable balance of rye spice and sweetness. Aromas of apricot jam, honey, baking spice, and graham cracker lead to flavors of vanilla, maple, custard, and spice. Bottled at 93 proof, it finishes with lingering caramel, honey, coffee, and nougat notes.
