Haku Yuzu is the first flavored vodka from Haku, made by The House of Suntory. It starts with Haku’s vodka from 100% polished Japanese white rice. The rice spirit is distilled three times. It is then blended and filtered through bamboo charcoal in Osaka.
The flavor comes from yuzu, a Japanese citrus grown there for over a thousand years. The fruit is hand-harvested and all natural. Yuzu tastes like a cross between lemon, mandarin and grapefruit, with a floral lift.
Open the bottle and you get fresh, zesty yuzu with a light floral touch. The sip is bright and citrusy, sitting on a smooth, clean rice base. The finish is crisp and lively, and the citrus lingers.
It won Gold at the 2025 International Wine & Spirit Competition. Try it chilled and neat, over ice, or in a highball with soda and a citrus peel. Serve it with sushi, oysters or a light salad.
