Description
Hacienda De Chihuahua Sotol Añejo is made from the sotol plant, a desert species native to the northern regions of Mexico. This aged expression carries the subtle mineral character that comes from the terroir where the plant grows.
The palate is mineral-forward and herbaceous, with subtle spice and earthy undertones leading into a smooth finish. At 38% ABV, it stays approachable while holding the complex, herbaceous profile associated with quality sotol production.
