Gusto Historico is a small-batch mezcal producer dedicated to preserving the traditional methods and rare agave varieties of Oaxaca. The Bicuixe Ignacio Juarez is a testament to that mission — a single-producer expression crafted by maestro mezcalero Ignacio Juarez using the slow-growing Bicuixe agave (a variety of Karwinskii), roasted in earthen pits and distilled in clay pots to capture every nuance of the land and the hand behind it.
