Description
Griffo Stout Barreled Whiskey is a bold small-batch American whiskey that bridges the worlds of craft beer and whiskey. Crafted with a mash bill of corn, rye, and roasted barley, it is initially matured in new American oak barrels before receiving a finishing period in stout beer barrels from Lagunitas Brewing Company. This unique maturation enhances the whiskey with rich layers of roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate while preserving a smooth whiskey backbone.
Bottled at 90 proof, this award-winning whiskey offers a decadent yet balanced sipping experience. The stout barrel finish adds depth without overwhelming the spirit, making it an excellent choice for whiskey enthusiasts seeking something distinctive. Enjoy it neat, with a splash of water, or paired with dark chocolate and smoked desserts to highlight its rich malt character.
