Description
Grande Absente Originale Absinthe is a high-proof spirit in the traditional absinthe category, bottled at 69% ABV in a 750 ml format. Wormwood, anise and additional botanicals are blended into a complex, herbal-forward spirit built for the classic absinthe ritual.
The nose and palate run through anise, fennel and wormwood, with layered herbs, licorice and a warming spice note behind the botanical intensity. Given the strength and concentration of flavor, the spirit calls for proper dilution with water.
