“When Life gives You Lemons, Make Lemonade!” aka WLGYLML is a delightful Pet Nat by Tanja & Philippe of made in the Mosel region of Germany with 100% grapes.
This vintage is lovely and dry with bursts of meadow hay, yellow stone fruit, stoney minerality and of course…. lemon pops. Lovely Pet Nat with a refreshing mouthfeel!
How is When Life Gives You Lemons made?
100% Riesling from the Maringer Sonnenuhr, fermented spontaneously in stainless steel and bottled using the méthode ancestrale, so the bubbles come from its own fermentation finishing in the bottle. No sulphur is added, and it is bottled cloudy and wild at around 12%.
