Description
Sanglier The Boar 2025 is a natural wine crafted by Grandbois Wines in the Mosel region in . This white wine is made with 100% grapes, a German grape also often found in the UK as suitable for the climate there. It has some history being a cross of Silvaner and Riesling.
This Bacchus spends 14 days on skins, but colour wise it is more white in style, but there is some tension and soft tannic grip on it that makes it unusual with its whiter colour.
How is Sanglier made?
Sanglier is Bacchus from Grandbois’ Mosel vines, left on its skins for 14 days. That is long enough to give it grip and tension, but it still pours pale, so it drinks somewhere between a white and a light orange wine.
