How is Pinecone Pinot Blanc made?
For 2024 the Pinot Blanc fermented spontaneously and then spent 12 months on its full lees, which is where the creamy, rounded feel comes from. Only a minimal amount of sulphur is added. It sits at a gentle 10 to 11%, so it is a creamy white that still feels light.
