How is Heart Pinot Noir made?
The grapes come from two Mosel slopes, the Lieserer Schlossberg and the Noviander Klosterberg. Grandbois describe this 2022 as the completely neutral oak version of their Pinot Noir, a single cask with no added sulphur, so what you get is the fruit and the vintage and not much else.
