Description
Gracias A Dios Pina is a mezcal built around the pineapple agave varietal, bottled at 45% ABV in a 750 ml format. The pina agave lends its own botanical character to the spirit, distinguishing it from more common agave expressions.
Production follows the ancestral methods practiced in Oaxaca, and the results carry the terroir of the region: smoke woven through tropical fruit, clear agave presence, and a mineral thread running underneath.
