Production details of Hauswein 003: Hauswein 003 is made by siblings Carl and Pauline Baumberger at Glow Glow Wines in the Nahe region of Germany. Their family winery was founded in 1855 and now spans 14.5 hectares. Since 2023 the Glow Glow and Weingut Baumberger projects have merged. The blend brings together Pinot Gris, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc.
Tasting Notes: We have not yet tried this vintage of Hauswein 003 by Glow Glow Wines, but we hear it has notes of green apple, white peach, citrus and a fresh aromatic lift.
