Description
Seventeen years in the barrel shape this Tennessee whisky from Cascade Hollow Distillery, where it was distilled and charcoal mellowed before being bottled at 87 proof. The aroma leans toward subtly sweet toffee and dates, the palate carries hints of peppery spice, and the finish turns rich with charred oak.
This is a limited re-release of the 17 Year Old Reserve, returning after the original run sold out. Full-bodied in texture, it drinks well neat or over ice. One 750 mL bottle, 46% ABV.
