Bottled at 40% ABV without time in wood, General Gorostieta Blanco keeps the focus on the agave itself. Fresh agave leads the palate, backed by citrus brightness and a herbal edge that stays clean from start to finish. The approach here is uncomplicated: quality agave, straightforward production, no barrel influence to shade the spirit. What remains are the core flavors that define a traditional blanco tequila, presented in a 750 ml bottle.
