Garrison Brothers Lady Bird Bourbon Whiskey 2025 Release is a honey-infused, Cognac-finished Texas bourbon from a release totaling 7,110 bottles. Created by co-founder Nancy Garrison and Master Distiller Donnis Todd, Lady Bird brings together extended oak maturation, Texas wildflower honey, and the dark fruit character of French Cognac casks.
Production begins with Garrison Brothers Small Batch bourbon aged four years in new American white oak barrels. The bourbon is then infused with Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey for eight to nine months before spending another three years in French Cognac XO casks. Bottled at 114 proof, the finished whiskey offers honey and cocoa aromas, pancake and chocolate-covered cherry flavors, and a lingering honey-and-Cognac finish.
Named in honor of Lady Bird Johnson, this release celebrates her commitment to native plants and environmental conservation. Each bottle is hand-sealed with Prairie Purple wax and comes with a complimentary seed packet. Garrison Brothers also donates $5 from every Lady Bird bottle sold to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin, Texas.
