Honey Dew starts life as Garrison Brothers’ Small Batch Bourbon, then takes on Burleson’s Texas Wildflower Honey over a seven-month infusion. The result is a Texas bourbon bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle, built from carefully chosen ingredients.
The pour leads with rich caramel and vanilla, backed by oak and toasted nuts. Sweetness lingers without weight, while elderberry, pineapple upside-down cake, and wildflower notes carry through to a smooth, floral close. It works neat on the porch or as the base of a well-made cocktail.
