Description
Garrison Brothers Guadalupe Cask Strength Single Barrel is a Texas bourbon bottled at 129.7 proof (64.85% ABV) in a 750 ml bottle. Unfiltered and drawn from a single barrel, it is released at peak maturity to show the full complexity the barrel developed.
The nose and palate are creamy, leading with ripe plums, strawberry butter, lavender honey and toasted coffee beans. The finish carries a touch of chocolate and cinnamon, all at cask strength.
No two barrels are ever the same, so each release stands as its own expression — made with care, aged with patience and bottled when the moment is right.
