Aged in sherry-seasoned oak casks, this 750 ml brandy from Fundador is built on the solera reserva system, a Spanish method that marries spirits of varying ages into a single blend. The long stay in wood gives the liquid its dark hue and layered character. Bottled at 40% ABV, it carries notes of raisin and oak alongside sherry, caramel and a touch of spice, reflecting the extended maturation behind it.
