After its initial maturation, this 45% ABV bourbon moves into sherry casks, where the wood and residual wine reshape the spirit. Caramel and oak from the bourbon base pick up dried fruit, sherry sweetness and a thread of warm spice, finishing in an elegant, drawn-out way. The result is a layered 750 ml bourbon with a wine-inflected character alongside its familiar grain-forward backbone. It works on its own for slow sipping or as the base of a more complex cocktail.
