At the heart of Frigate Reserve 15 Year Old Rum lies the finest molasses, which undergoes a meticulous fermentation and distillation process. The rum is then aged for an extended period of 15 years in carefully selected oak barrels, allowing it to develop its profound and complex character.
The result of this patient aging process is a rum with a deep and rich amber color, resonating with the hues of the Caribbean sunset. On the nose, Frigate Reserve 15 Year Old Rum entices with opulent aromas of caramel, vanilla, and dried fruits, interwoven with subtle hints of oak and spices.
