The 2023 Napa Valley Zinfandel from Frank Family Vineyards is vibrant and structured, layering dark plum and raspberry aromas with a sandalwood accent. Flavors of baked strawberry, savory herbs, and pepper unfold across a refined palate framed by ripe tannins and fresh acidity.
Most of the fruit comes from Frank Family’s estate S&J Vineyard in Capell Valley, supplemented by selected Napa Valley vineyards. Zinfandel leads the 90/10 blend with Petite Sirah, and French oak aging contributes polish while the wine retains its generous fruit and energetic finish.
